Plenty of bathroom and kitchen remodels run right into the adjacent room. The tile ends at the doorway, the hardwood starts. If the existing wood is in poor shape, or the floor needs to be refinished or replaced to match a new layout, we coordinate that work through trusted Florida flooring contractors who install alongside us on KV projects.
We focus on engineered hardwood and wide-plank pre-finished floors — the products that hold up in Florida's humidity and that pair well with porcelain or stone tile in the adjacent room. Solid hardwood is available on appropriate subfloors. Site-finished installs and refinishing of existing floors are also part of the network.
Bedroom adjacent to a new bath. Renovating the primary bath often means lifting and replacing wood at the transition. We handle the transition strip and tile edge; the wood installer handles the boards.
Whole-floor refresh. If the wood across the main living space is dated, scratched, or the wrong color for the new tile selection, replacement or sanding-and-refinishing is part of the network. We coordinate the schedule.
New construction. On builder partnerships, we can handle the tile and bring in the wood crew on a coordinated schedule so the transitions land right and nothing gets damaged after the fact.

Tell us where the tile ends and the wood begins, and we will coordinate both quotes so the transition is planned from day one.
