New construction tile work is different from remodeling. The schedule is tighter, the coordination with other trades is constant, and there is no room to go back and fix something after drywall goes up. We have worked on luxury new builds where we handled every tile surface in the home — from the entry floor to the primary bath, through to the pool waterline and outdoor kitchen — and we understand how a construction schedule runs.
We work directly with builders and project coordinators. We show up when we are supposed to, complete the scope as written, and do not create problems for the next trade.
We partner with a select group of Central Florida builders on luxury custom projects. On each build we handle every tile and stone surface — primary bath showers, whole-home tile floors, kitchen backsplashes and feature walls, pool waterlines and decks, and outdoor kitchens. Our preference is to plan tile scope from the design phase forward, not after the slab is poured.

Showers & Wet Areas
Primary, secondary, and guest bath showers. Custom-built pans, wall tile, niches, benches. Go Board or KERDI waterproofing on every wet area. Large-format porcelain slab is a common request on Winter Park and Heathrow primary baths.
Flooring
Whole-home tile floors. Entries, foyers, living areas, kitchens, secondary bedrooms, laundry. Large-format porcelain and natural stone installed to the design package with proper substrate prep.
Kitchen Backsplashes
Backsplash, full range-wall installations, and feature walls in the kitchen. Coordinated with the countertop fabricator so the tile lands cleanly on finished stone.
Pool Tile & Waterline
Waterline tile, pool decks, sun shelves, spa tile, and the surrounding hardscape. Materials rated for chlorinated water and Florida UV exposure. Coordinated with the pool builder's schedule.
Outdoor Kitchens
Tile and stone work for outdoor kitchens, bar tops, grilling areas, and built-in cabinetry. Weather-rated materials and proper setting systems for year-round Florida exterior conditions.
Specialty Surfaces
Fireplace tile and stone surrounds, accent walls, custom pattern work. We handle the specialty scopes other tile subs pass on.

What Working with Us Looks Like
We prefer to be involved early in the process, ideally during spec review, so we can flag tile selections that may create installation problems later. We give builders a clear written scope and price before work starts, and we do not change the number mid-project without a conversation.
We are also direct with our schedule. If something comes up that affects the timeline, we tell you before it becomes a problem. Other trades should not be waiting on us.
