Tuscawilla — Master Bath Remodel

Original 1980s bath in a Tuscawilla golf community home. Demo to studs, rebuilt the waterproofing, installed a barrier-free entry with a built-in bench. The homeowner had a clear material preference and we sourced it through our supplier network.
Bear Creek Estates — Tub-to-Shower Conversion
Material: Large-format 24x48 matte porcelain, wall-to-wall installation
Garden tub footprint converted to a walk-in shower. Tile selected to match existing flooring in the master suite. Written scope covered demo, waterproofing, and full tile install. Completed in one week.
Winter Springs Blvd Corridor — Whole-Home Floor Tile
Material: 20x20 porcelain through kitchen, living areas, and all bathrooms
Homeowner replacing outdated carpet and vinyl throughout. We coordinated bathroom tile simultaneously with the main living areas so grout lines and transitions aligned. Project completed in under two weeks.
Winter Springs has a mix of homes built across several decades, and the bathroom renovation work here reflects that range. Some clients are replacing dated tile from the 1990s and want something clean and current. Others are doing full master bath rebuilds with custom showers, new floor tile throughout, and updated materials. We handle both, and everything in between.
Every shower we build is waterproofed correctly. We use Go Board, Wedi, Schluter KERDI, or RedGard on every project. That part of the job is not visible when the tile is up, but it is what determines whether the shower holds up for twenty years or starts showing problems in five. We do not cut corners on it.
Beyond bathrooms, we do large-format porcelain flooring, kitchen and bathroom backsplashes, accent walls, outdoor kitchen tile, and fireplace surrounds. Material selection is part of our process. We work through choices with clients through our Central Florida supplier network so you are not figuring it out on your own.
KV Tileworks is James and Andrew. James has been in construction in Florida his whole life. Andrew ran his own tile business in Colorado before moving to Sanford with his girlfriend and three kids. Between them they have 15+ years of experience on high-end residential installs, custom showers, and the kind of large-format work a lot of tile crews will not take on.
Every project gets a written scope before work starts. Materials, timeline, cost. They work in occupied homes, keep the site clean, and do not move on until the work is right.
