DeBary is geographically the closest non-Seminole city to us — straight across the St. Johns from Sanford on the Volusia side. We treat it almost like extended Sanford. DeBary Plantation and Glen Abbey are our two biggest neighborhoods of work here, but we also see jobs in Lake Marie Estates and the older homes south of US-17/92.
DeBary Plantation specifically has a lot of 1990s and 2000s homes with original primary baths that have aged badly. The work we do most here is replacing those original showers with properly waterproofed builds and refreshing the floor tile across the main living areas.
Glen Abbey is a smaller premium pocket and the bathrooms there tend to be larger, so the scope is usually full primary suite remodels with curbless showers, real layout work, and matched grout detail. Those projects move slower and we plan them out accordingly.
