Altamonte Springs has more multifamily than most of our service area. Condos around Cranes Roost, townhomes along Wymore, mid-rise units near the mall — they account for a real share of the calls we get from here. Condo and townhome tile projects come with their own constraints: HOA hours, freight elevators, neighbors below, water shutoff schedules, no dumpster on the street.
We are set up for that work. Our team handles small-load haul-off, the demo plan respects the unit below, and the timeline is built around the building's rules — not against them.
The established neighborhoods south of SR-436 — Sanlando Springs, Spring Oaks, Forest City — are a different conversation: 1960s-1980s single-family homes, older bathrooms, original showers that need real substrate and waterproofing attention before any new tile goes in. We do that work as well and it tends to be the larger Altamonte projects on our schedule.
